In Harmony with Nature, To Be or Not To Be

🔶 CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS
Zamolxes Foundation is launching a call for participants for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “In Harmony with Nature, To Be or Not To Be”, which will take place from 20th to 29th April 2023 in Câmpina, Romania.
The project addresses the urgent issue of climate change and highlights the need for increased awareness, adaptation, and resilience in response to its growing impact on both natural systems and society. It aims to empower young people through education, encouraging them to understand environmental challenges and take meaningful action toward a more sustainable future.
The mobility will bring together participants from North Macedonia, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Romania. Each country will be represented by 7 young people aged between 16–25 and 1 team leader with previous Erasmus+ experience. The project offers a valuable opportunity to engage in environmental workshops and seminars designed to inspire interest in nature and promote responsible attitudes toward environmental protection.
All activities are based on non-formal education methods, including workshops, discussions, brainstorming sessions, presentations, integration activities, and practical learning experiences. These methods aim to combine active participation with reflection, helping participants develop ecological awareness, sustainable thinking, and practical skills for climate adaptation.
The project focuses on creating opportunities for young people to expand their ecological knowledge and develop pro-environmental attitudes through personal reflection and hands-on experience. It also aims to equip participants with meaningful knowledge related to sustainable development and effective climate adaptation measures, while strengthening European cooperation among countries facing similar environmental challenges.
We are looking for motivated young people interested in environmental protection, sustainability, and active participation in an international learning environment. Participants should be open-minded, willing to collaborate, and ready to engage in all project activities. A basic level of English is recommended.
Participation in the project offers an enriching international experience, the opportunity to develop green competencies, and a Youthpass certificate recognizing the skills acquired during the exchange.
To apply, please send your motivation letter to youthproject@zamolxes.ro
