The Forests – The Lungs of our Mother Earth

🔶 CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Zamolxes Foundation is launching a call for participants for the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “The Forests – The Lungs of our Mother Earth”, which will take place from 15th to 24th March 2024 in Câmpina, Romania.

The project aims to promote environmental protection and social inclusion among young people, while also addressing innovative topics such as the use of STEAM and artificial intelligence in environmental protection. It will bring together 45 participants from Bulgaria, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, and Romania.

Throughout the mobility, participants will engage in a variety of non-formal education activities, including ice-breaking sessions, team-building activities, workshops, seminars, discussions, presentations, and practical learning experiences. These activities are designed to help participants better understand the importance of forest protection and explore how technology and AI can be integrated into environmental actions and youth work.

Participants will also benefit from sessions led by experts in environmental protection, gaining valuable knowledge and practical skills that can be applied in their communities. The project provides a unique opportunity to develop green and digital competencies in an international and intercultural environment.

We are looking for motivated young people interested in environmental topics, open to intercultural learning, and willing to actively participate in all project activities. A basic level of English is recommended.
